We work to strengthen the knowledge gap between cultural identity, cultural equity and emotional data, highlighting the transformative potential they hold when combined.

By harnessing emotional data, a rich source of human experience and perception, we can drive the advancement of cultural equity.

Cultural equity embodies and puts into practice the values, policies and traditions that ensure the fair and just representation and recognition of historically  marginalized groups who have been systemically underrepresented based on ethnicity, race, gender, socioeconomic status, citizenship, religion or other factors.

Cultural Equity is a daily  practice ensuring  policies and procedures are rooted in equitable and, systemic bias-free access to resources, opportunities, and platforms, prioritizing the representation of cultural traditions, rituals and identities of said group.

Cultural equity promotes the inclusion of diverse voices and perspectives, acknowledges the ongoing impact of the white racial frame, enriching the cultural landscape by ensuring that all groups have the opportunity to contribute their unique experiences and knowledge.

Through our community of practice, we hope to empower individuals and communities to understand, respect, and celebrate diverse cultural identities while fostering a deeper sense of belonging, empathy, and unity.

By understanding our inherited systems and emotional data, we envision a future where cultural equity is not only acknowledged but actively nurtured, leading to a more inclusive and harmonious society.

ANCESTRAL WISDOM & LEADERSHIP LEARNING

Re-grounding our learning away from the white racial frame and changing our approach to leadership from a cultural equity framework rooted in ancestral teachings. 

Using the African Medicine Wheel and Sankofa Principles, we will look at equity from the perspective of the communities that we serve.
